MKMOT/50 Days of HATE- Day 22 (October 4, 2012)

It does! It does!!! Matter of fact, I don't even need to see your face. Can you please shut up now?

This is just about as bad as it gets. I don't even know if I can tolerate disagreement. Let's talk about other stuff, shall we? It's for the best.

I generally subscribe to the theory that "reasonable minds may differ." Today, that goes out the window. Bring on your desperate attempts to convince me I'm wrong, but on this one, my mind is completely closed. Yours, collectively? I hope not, but until proven otherwise...

It's open.

  1. Impossible, when you haven't convinced me that the All-American Rejects is even a real band, or that I should even click play. I also hate Stacey Q's "Two of Hearts" and that rapping French toddler.

    1. Obviously, they're a cartoon meant to teach children about the evils of popular music, like one of those "punk" bands on 70s/80s cop procedurals, or Good Charlotte. Obviously. DOY!

    2. If that's GOOD Charlotte, I'd hate to see the piss-poor one!

  3. Oh good, someone has decided we need a more pussified version of Puddle of Mudd. Thanks, Hollywood!

  4. You just don't get it, Marv. It's not for you, their music. It's for really lazy commercial editors to mindlessly click-drag into their "Vampire Diaries" ads and terrible teen-movie trailers.

    1. Look, I know lazy editors all too well. Still no excuse.

  5. I knew this one would make the list, but I give it a pass. It was getting heavy airplay around the time my son was born and I heard it seemingly every time I drove to or from the hospital that week. I've always associated the song with his birth. It's okay to like this song given that, or if you lost your virginity while it was playing. Otherwise, it's to be despised.

    2. Are you not going to follow up with the guy who asked you what it felt like to state something 100% inaccurate? It's a discussion section now, man. Let's discuss.

    4. I enjoyed that you were chided 2 or 3 times essentially for disrespecting his bereavement-through-constant-work career approach, while the joke that someone made about the specific method of his wife's death got no crazies at all.
